Service Description
Your gown has arrived and is ready to make any necessary adjustments. This service is free of charge for Reign clients and exclusively includes hemming and minor size adjustments. Should your gown need further changes to the design/pattern or fabric a fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give us 24 hours' notice. The standard booking fee is non-refundable in the instance of a no-show or last minute cancellation.
