Once you've decided on a style or to go with a custom design your personal measurements will be taken and a 50% deposit will be required to secure your order.
Where are your gowns made?
Our gowns are designed by our studio and produced through
a trusted specialist manufacturing partner with strong bridal experience. That
allows us to offer beautiful quality and customization while keeping pricing
more accessible than fully in-house couture production.
Your gown will be even further tailored to fit once it arrives and alterations are done in-house. Working directly with a designer can potentially save you hundreds in alteration fees and markups that typical boutiques add.
What is the size range of your gowns?
We can make dresses in US standard bridal sizes 0-32. Measurements will be taken ensuring your gown will be made-to-measure but they are also easy to take yourself with our guidance over Zoom if necessary.
Please note, whether sized or made-to-measure, more alterations will still be required.

How long does it take to make a custom bridal gown?
Expect around 12 weeks minimum production time to complete. But be aware the entire design/alteration process can take 4-6 months so it is best to allow plenty of time before your wedding date. We suggest making your dress due date one full month before your wedding date to help with scheduling.
When do fittings take place?
For all gowns, including custom, your first fitting will be when your dress arrives in our showroom after production completion. Updates, photos, fabric swatches can be provided if needed during production. Any detail changes will be, of course, confirmed with you to approve.
We understand fully this might be scary for some. Your happiness with your gown is our first priority and we do our best to ensure you are just as confident and comfortable with the design choice before taking this crucial step.
Do you provide an alterations service?
Custom sizing or not, every gown will still need alterations. We perform alterations on-site after your dress arrives and you have your first fitting. This service is an additional cost and an estimate will be given when an order is placed. Having a made to measure gown can save hundreds in alterations opposed to a standard sized gown.
Alterations are only offered to Reign Bridal clients at this time.
Do any other boutiques carry your gowns?
For now our gowns are only available through our showroom in North Saanich and not anywhere else!
We would love to have other retailers in the future and if you are a boutique interested please reach out to sales@reignbridal.com.
Can I have my gown/order shipped?
Currently all orders will arrive at showroom ready for you to try-on or pickup. We do not offer shipping before that point in the design process. We can certainly provide you with a shipping rate and charge you separately when the dress or order is complete.
