You have 7 days to return product (excluding custom and made to order items) and receive a full refund or store credit on any item not final sale.

The following is for Final Sale & Custom Orders Exclusively:

All orders have 7 days to cancel for a full refund. After that time your deposit becomes non-refundable and final sale.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our gowns, once the dress has left our hands and into yours it becomes a final sale. We can’t offer refunds or exchanges on anything custom ordered, altered, or worn. It is our most sincere promise that we will do whatever is necessary for you to love your dress in the end.

Please voice any and all concerns with us before, during, and after the order process. We are here to make your dress purchase as easy and hassle-free as possible.
