All Gowns are Made to Order - Shipments are arranged once dress is received at our studio. The following pertains to all other products:
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that during peak bridal seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer shipping across Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We serve customers within Canada only.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address]. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In-Store Pickup Local pickup may be available. Please contact us to arrange an in-store pickup at our boutique.
