Bridal Gowns — By Appointment Only
Our bridal gowns are made-to-order and available exclusively through our North Saanich showroom. Gowns are not available for direct shipping. Please contact us to schedule a private fitting appointment. Once your gown is ready, our team will coordinate pickup or local delivery arrangements with you directly.
Bridal Accessories & Jewelry
We are pleased to offer shipping on bridal accessories and jewelry to customers across Canada and the United States.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Canada: Standard shipping 5–10 business days; Expedited shipping 2–4 business days
- United States: Standard shipping 7–14 business days via DHL Express or FedEx
International Jewelry Shipping
Select jewelry pieces are available for international shipping through our curated collective program. Please contact us for availability and international shipping rates.
A Note on Our Process
Every piece that leaves our atelier is carefully inspected and packaged to reflect the quality and care of the Reign Bridal experience. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address]. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In-Store Pickup Local pickup may be available. Please contact us to arrange an in-store pickup at our boutique.
